How to Initiate

To cancel a booking or request a refund, please use the merchant's portal:

• 01 Log in to your account on the booking partner's platform.
• 02 Navigate to "Bookings" or "Manage My Order".
• 03 Select the experience and click "Cancel" to check refund eligibility.
